Brian Fitzpatrick Votes Against Reciprocity

Posted by on Dec 6, 2017 in Legislative

Apparently our Republican Congressman here in Bucks County is just fine with honest gun owners getting arrested in New Jersey and New York. Needless to say, we are very disappointed in his vote on H.R. 38 and will be looking to see whether NRA backs a primary challenger next election.

Legislative Alert – H.R. 38 Up for House Vote

Posted by on Dec 6, 2017 in Legislative

It is very important we put pressure on Brian Fitzpatrick to vote “yes” on H.R. 38, the National Reciprocity bill, which would force any state which issues licenses to carry firearms to recognize the licenses of any other state. National The SHARE Act  The Sportsmen Heritage and Recreational Enhancement Act (SHARE Act), a sportsman’s omnibus bill, has been introduced into Congress, and is expected to move. The SHARE Act has absorbed many provisions from previous versions of the bill Eliminates the “sporting purposes” language from the Gun Control Act of 1968 and the law on armor piercing ammunition.
